how to get my child in your school

i live in latonia and i dont like the school there. i would like to know do i have the right to put my child in any kenton county school that i wish as long as i bring my child. is there any way i can do that. because i heard great things about your school. i dont live that far away. i live by the new walmart. if you can get back to me that will be great. thank you so much.
