PRE-K SCHOOL

Would like to get answers regarding what my Grandson who will be 4 yrs old in June 16. What does the School System require before he can be registered. Will he have to have a physical before beginning Pre-K. I would also like to put him in a Private Christian School. Any suggestions in Lake Charles, regarding Pre-K Schools. for little ones.
