Big Sky Treatment Center

Big Sky Treatment Center is a privately owned facility that is dedicated to helping teens that are in need of professional help. Prevention, education and treatment are some of the major components that are emphasized at our facility.

Big Sky Treatment Center offers a balanced program that includes a structured daily schedule, character building, educational seminars, health and physical fitness programs, emotional growth and personal development courses, individualized academic instruction, group, individual and family therapy.

We also feel it is important to let youth get involved with community service and recreational activities where they can enjoy the great outdoors that Montana is famous for.

Therapy is an important aspect of this Program’s overall design and process. As the teens progress through emotional growth seminars and other emotional growth classes that are offered many issues of the past will arise and the teens will efficiently deal with these issues. Therapy provides the students with the necessary skills to deal with these issues and replace non working habits with working habits.

Each students is assigned a group with a therapist, this same therapist sees the same students each day in daily group sessions. He/She also sees each student at least once a week individually for issues that need to be addressed outside the group. This therapist will have regular communication with the parents, and as their child progresses these sessions include the parent and child with regular phone therapy. They are licensed, and have the skills and tools to support you and your child through the entire program.
