Accident at Daycare

I'm very unhappy with the care our kid received at Ballantyne Chesterbrook academy, charlotte. Our kid got hurt two times in two weeks (he goes to school only 3days a week). The first time no one mentioned that it actually happened. The second time it is worse, he got eight stitches on his forehead. We were so worried the whole day. All this happened because of their negligence and less care. Despite paying good money to this day care, our kid is now with a scar. We had the worst experience with this day care.

Aftermath

I must say that I am very pleased with all of the work being done at Chesterbrook at Ballantyne. With great attention given to the students, the students progress well, and with the 6.29 student/teacher ratio, I'm sure the students receive the utmost attention. And we all know accidents happen. Even my child has accidents where there is one on one attention. I couldn't ask for a better place to have my daughter.
