Need help!!!Please

We have a 17yr old boy, Cameron thats totally out of control. Has ADHD and Bypolar and clinically depressed. Under DR. CARE WITH LITTLE TO NO IMPROVEMENT THESE PAST THREE YRS.. He LIES, STEELS, flunking out of school. Defiant to all things. Even simplest things in life. He has traided almost all the things weve gotten him and or srolen from family memembers to get whant ever quest he's on. He is spening out of control .We can'nt seem to help Cam, nor his Dr. or council seems to be helping . He's got every one fulled. Please if you can help us or know how we can get help, please contact us. We think hehas stolen is grandmothes debt card and charged items to it. He just got through getting our card and charging over 1600.00 to our checking account. PLese help. wE NEED HELP FOR cAM BEFORE ITS TO LATE..
