We strive to return the boys to family and community with strengthened academic abilities, social skills, a more pro-social thinking pattern and a willingness to be a positive member of family and community Sky Ranch for Boys accepts boys ages 10-18 regardless of race, religion or national origin. Appropriate candidates include those boys with conduct disorder, oppositional-defiant disorder, learning problems, ADD/ADHD, and criminal thinking patterns. Adjudicated delinquent boys are accepted as are those boys nearly at that point. Each boy receives a minimum of one hour per week each of individual therapy and group therapy. Each boy is involved in group and individual social skill development on a daily basis. Each boy must attend our on-grounds school Monday through Friday and receive passing grades. Organized physical activity is a mandatory daily event – either in the gymnasium or outside – horseback riding, volleyball, hiking, fishing, etc. For qualified boys ages 16 and older, flight training is available leading to solo.

I attended Sky Ranch and learned how to fly,learned ranch work,I went on to college in Spearfish SD.Looking back...it was a good thing i was sent there.I graduated high school and did many things when so many people thought i would be dead or in prison befor i turned 18.Thanks to Scott louks and staff i am ok.It took a while but all is well.Even went on to serve in the U.S Army. Boarding Schools

This boarding school is very good and effective for teens. There are many other such schools that are famous for their high standards.
