request for restarting education

I am from Turkey. I am here in Denton because of my husband's doctoral education at University of North Texas. I am 25 years old, and we have a son.Before coming to America, I were continueing my education as a Open High School student in Turkey. I would like to restart my education here in Texas. I have been here for about 14 months.We will go back to Turkey in August, 2008.I am not a U.S. citizen. Can I start a college without finishing my high school education here in Texas?
