Our son Joseph is three. He has been diagnosed with severe autism, he also has a severe sensory disorder and is both severly under and over sensitive. If a miracle doesn't happen the doctors intend to diagnose him with mental retardation by the time he turns five. We are considering a move to Rocky mount to be near my mother so she can help us with Joe. Joseph will have an IEP before we move and I know it has been made clear from the diagnosing team that Joe requires a min of 20 hrs a week of ABA therapy, speech therapy both in school and four days for thirty min each day outside of school and the same for occupational therapy. I also believe that Joseph will be required to recieve physical therapy and have a one on one. Any information you can e-mail me would be much appriciated. As to policy and what you provide. I also have two other children who are normals ages 9, and 5.
